Refund Policy

Our paid software products are provided under a try-before-you-buy concept which means you can try it out before deciding either to buy it or not. Because of this concept, all refund requests must be received within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. We reject refunds with the circumstances below.

No Refund Circumstances

  • Refund request will be rejected if the customer failed to read the product EULA.
  • Refund request will be rejected if the customer violates the product EULA.
  • We do not refund the software product due to customer misunderstanding of the product concept. It is recommended that customer read the product documentation and fully utilized the trial period before purchasing to have enough understanding of how the product works and what customer can expect of it.
  • We do not refund the software product due to technical issues if the customer failed to cooperate with our support team to resolve the issues or declined to read additional instructions.
  • Refund request will be rejected if the customer changed his mind after purchase.
  • Refund request will be rejected if the customer cannot explain the reason to refund.
